Yooo, we got a great DJ spotlight for you! Catch @djsonidef at Arusha Centre's @thearushacentre Circular City: Gathering Ground this Saturday, September 12th from 1pm to 6pm. Catch her Bio and event information below.

DJ Sonidef Bio:
"I've been in the DJ game for over a decade, and for me, it’s all about the give-and-take energy between the decks and the dance floor. Growing up in the dance community, I was mesmerized by how DJs could completely work a room. Also seeing women DJs do their thing, inspired me to dive into my own extensive music collection and give it a try.

Today, my mission goes beyond the decks. I produce Club Sapphic to provide inclusive nightclub spaces for the queer community, and co-found the Back & Forth collective to create opportunities for other women DJs to play. When I’m not DJing or running events, you can find me checking out the newest foodie spots, making pottery, laughing with friends, or scheming my next creative adventure."

Event Information:
Dates: September 12th & September 15th
Time: 1pm - 6pm
Address: 104 6 Ave SE
Old #1 Firehall
