Words cannot express the feeling of fulfillment and achievement this experience brought to me!! The incredible journey I have been on for the past 15 years as a DJ and full time engineer to present day has been a testimony‼️, to those that know my story from the very beginning, to those that supported me back when all I had was an engineering laptop 💻 and an hdmi cord, this festival marked a significant milestone in my career as a professional dj and music enthusiast…doing what I love in front of thousands of people (~11,000), providing the rhythm and the beats to people from all walks of life to enjoy dancing, singing and having a great time with their friends, family and community. This is what being a DJ and using your platform is all about 💯🙏🏾.

Thank you @oarcphilly for the opportunity to serve as your Afrobeats DJ for the #UptownRhythmFestival. It was truly an honor and privilege to grace the stage alongside @djdiamondkuts @theofficialladiesofskyy and many more!!

@wdaspatty our AMAZING Host!! Finally got the opportunity to meet you! Loved every second of it!! @wdasfm was LIVE and covered the entire festival!

Special shout out and thanks goes out to The Mayor of Philadelphia and her team @phillymayor @cherelleparkerphilly for coming through! It was truly an amazing event to close out the summer ! #OnePhilly ☝🏾

The journey continues 🚀🏁 #Superfli #Afrobeats #DJ taken in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania by @djsuperfli

So many of life’s events are beyond our control. Sometimes everything will go your way and on other days nothing at all seems to go right. If you’re having one of those days, instead of wasting your energy raging against something you can’t control, take a deep breath and accept it...🦋

The Butterfly 🦋 is a metaphor for transformation, rebirth, and hope. It also symbolizes freedom of expression and joy. Hence why this launch is called “Rebirth” as I have taken the time to re-manifest in myself to give birth to this new transformation in my life for the better…living freely and enjoying the small moments and things that are within my control…Talk To Me Nice 🦋

A weekend full of work, relationships and building. 🇳🇬🙏🏾

From the Omo Naija @omonaijafest pre-party with @djameskickit to Saturday’s downtown after-party, to closing out the weekend in DC at a comedy show with TV/media & radio personality @iamkhadijahcorrie

Behind every flyer and event are countless hours, conversations, risks and a team committed to the vision. Event and festival production isn’t easy—but we’re here, we’re learning, and we’re building something that’s here to stay.

To everyone who has supported, encouraged, partnered or simply wished us well—thank you. 🤝🏾

We’re continuing to grow and looking to connect with sponsors, brands, partners and supporters who believe in what we’re building.

The work continues. 📈🇳🇬
