9am call time but looking Fresh AF Happy to announce this beautiful partnership with Physiolab Owner & Co-Founder @_beadel . I’m proud to call them family but I’m not sure I can say the same for them. Woohoo unlimited #Piezowave Shockwave Therapy (Messi has the same machine) & PT , stretching, needling !!! Being surrounded by likeminded individuals has made me want to become stronger and healthier. I was diagnosed with a severe frozen shoulder. Since they were able to make me 💯 pain free (which took a year & half) i took the opportunity to proceed with PT and strengthening program for preventive measures (kasi alam mo na as we get older we lose 1% of muscle every year) Physiolab taught me the importance of strengthening , stretching & mobility exercises. Plus the need for proper recovery (need better sleeping habits). ❤️‍🩹 The Frozen Shoulder process took so much time & tears (3x a week) with coach @bethelicious_hey and now working out has been part of my weekly routine. The proper habits are remarkable in my overall fitness. I’m totally loving this journey with a re-found love for fitness. I hope I can inspire others to take their first step into becoming healthier , eating more nutritiously (gut health) and becoming stronger no matter what age you are! Let’s all PLAY WITHOUT PAIN! They say focus , consistency & engaged action will lead to better positive habits. May we all cultivate better habits in 2025.#physiolab #PlayWithoutPain by @djtonytoni

True Confessions w @laboching Mon- Friday 930pm Fun fact before radio I started with Abby Thou as my handler w/ Abscbn late 90s Star Drama presents & doing all kinds of extra roles I wasn’t discovered nor launched by Star Circle 💫 . At that time my roommates were on radio KCFM Mike and Manny Midnight Run and I saw how much fun it was to be on air. Thank God I auditioning for Power 108 the rest is history.
