WHAT IS HAPPENING TO THIS GENERATION?

Is it that no one can be corrected anymore?
I can't remember seeing a comment where someone accepted being corrected lately.
What is happening to this generation.

Just two days ago on my way to church some kids were playing /running along the street, one of them almost got hit by a motorcycle, the rider cautioned this boy (of about 7 to 10years).
My goodness, you needed to see how this little boy ranted, insulting this bike man, calling him names. A boy that normally should be scared of one serious stare at his direction from an adult.

Another boy inside a bus I was, wanted to alight, he didn't tell the driver on time and due to the speed the bus was already it can't stop immediately,

The driver just told the boy that that was not the time he should notify him so he won't drive pass his destination.
This boy came down and told the driver "I go attend your school na make you teach me how to tell a bus driver to stop"
