DKA presents our first screening of the school year: SELL YOUR HOUSE, co-directed by USC DKA alumnus Eric Foss!

Sell Your House follows two friends, James Claeys (founder of Local Boogeyman) and Francis Galluppi, (director of the upcoming Evil Dead Wrath), as they take on their debut feature film, The Last Stop in Yuma County.

The film wouldn’t have been possible without James’ bold — and admittedly reckless decision to sell his home to finance the production. As the film finds success on the indie-film circuit, we get a behind-the-scenes look at the pressures of distribution and the unexpected challenges that come with bringing an independent film to life.

Director Eric Foss (cameraman and director) captures the highs, lows, risks, and realities of indie filmmaking in this funny and personal documentary. After the screening Eric will do a Q&A, then following a seminar on indie-distribution.

Come kick off the school year with DKA and support an incredible film made by one of our own DeKAs! 🎬
