11 1/2 hour DJ set complete

Had an absolute blast with this marathon of a set @cubadupa from 4:30pm - 4am not leaving the stage once.

Starting with a feel good classics mix with @justgreignz with the Mayor of Wellington @misswhanau turning up to put on a song also.

The other 8 hours were insane. Eva filled to the brim with good vibes singing along to club anthems.

Thanks to everyone who turned up, was refreshing seeing my friends getting amongst it.

Pretty happy with how this turned out, just a testament to getting better by 1% every day at multi genre mixing over the last few years since I first came to @evawellingtonnz only mixing dnb.

Have a great day, love DKAV. taken in Eva Wellington by @dkav02

What a night that was then! One of my few new years goals were to play at The Grand. That coming true by closing up shop for @officialfriction was unreal followed by another 20 mins of extra time at the end, since so many of you were still there. This meant so much! Big ups @nozza.nz, thanks for putting the time in and spending heaps of time with me behind the scene. This made that hour on stage to be as we planned and I think we killed that. Big ups to @coastal_promotions47 for the opportunity. Big ups all the other acts for awesome performances and huge shout out for everyone who came there and stayed after Frictions huge set to watch us play. 🕺🕺🕺🕺 Also shoutout to @audioavenz for an awesome sounding event and practice opportunities at the studio. taken in The Grand by @dkav02

Risk takers are winners.

If you don’t take any risks you by default do what everyone else is doing and can’t “win”

Hope everyone has a great month , take some risks and win August. taken in Wellington, New Zealand by @dkav02

Last week’s O Week was madness.

6 days of DJing in a row — intense, but unreal to see Eva packed out every single night.

Big thanks to MC @josephpod holding it down on the mic and keeping the dance floor moving all week.

Shoutout to the legend @just_mikhaeel behind the camera capturing the chaos and the moments in between.

Huge thank you to all the students who showed up, brought the energy, and made it what it was.

And massive appreciation to everyone at Epic Hospitality for delivering such a huge O Week across all 5 venues — and of course the entire Eva team for keeping things running smoothly night after night.

What a week. ❤️‍🔥🎧 taken in Eva Wellington by @dkav02
