Somewhere between crowded hot streets of Seoul, volcanic shores in Jeju, and quiet train windows in Japan, a noise inside me began to loosen its grip. I crossed some oceans carrying questions and came home with fewer answers but a lighter soul… and the food was amazing

If I’ve been distant to anyone I’m sorry. I just miss my dad and the whole month of July is nothing but heartbreak for me. It’s been 2 years and this wound just won’t even scab.

Anyone that’s ever met my Pops knows how much love he had to give. Without it, most times I feel lost but I keep moving forward with him in my heart mind body & soul.

I know he would want me to take care of my mom and fight for my son.

So on I move.
