Here’s a snippet of the speed training we have been doing over the past few weeks with brothers Connor and Liam.

Focus has been mostly on acceleration and mechanics to become more explosive and smoother

Every session so far they have set new PB’s and are continually getting faster

1-on-1 and small group sessions - coached by 2 current NCAA D2 and USL2 players that both know what it takes to get to the next level.

Summer is the time for intentional development, don’t let another summer go by where you could have got ahead of your competition.

At DK Elite we will help you identify your strengths and weaknesses and intentionally structure sessions to improve them.
