some camping trip highlights!! i had the opportunity to visit Reforesters Farm (@reforesters.farm upstate in the Catskills) to help identify and track trees that are thriving on the farm and harvest wildflowers + grasses to make bouquets which we sell at the cafe!! @reforesters.io

greg and francesca (the owners) planted countless trees across 390 acres, aiming to re-wild the land - their primary objective is to increase its biodiversity ...isn’t that cool!?!? it’s cool to care about the planet and to witness good being done to help preserve our natural home. nature is so neat. neature.

i’m so grateful to witness this work and connect with this slice of heaven!! come experience some of its magic during my Loving Kindness meditations in the beautiful brooklyn sanctuary. taken in Catskill Mountains by @dlabb

hey MTV, welcome to my crib.

reflecting on @erin_bodyaware ‘s Meridian Yoga Technique Level 1 Training. my home was an old church - and the stained glass windows were just the surface of the divinity we touched in that enchanted spring weekend in Woodstock, NY.

this glorious opportunity — and all the cosmic dancers encountered along the way — expanded my world and set ablaze my curiosity into the realm of Traditional Chinese Medicine (meridians, acupressure, fascia, relating to the body as NATURE, considering emotions attached to organs, etc. )

the best part — i get to integrate what I learned into my yoga teachings and use the information to help my students deepen their practice.

the best BEST part — I get to continue to geek out on what I learned with my mom, (s/o @klab4) who embodies the TCM teachings and serves as an acupuncturist.

and i’m sure, the best BEST B E S T part — is yet to come. taken in Woodstock, New York by @dlabb
