CHURCH VINTAGE SMOOTH LEATHER MONKEY BOOTS

Created by looking into Dr. Martens archive for design inspiration, these styles have been replicated to look as they were when first manufactured. The specification on leather, colour and method of manufacture is precise. A more traditional biscuit-backed leather has been used and colour-matched to archive samples that came out of the factory in the earlier days of Dr. Martens. The last shape is shallower and the sole colour has also been altered to match the older shade. Laces are flat and cotton, exact copies of the original versions found.

The 5 Eyelet Monkey Boot Vintage Smooth is a retro version of our signature smooth leather with a subtle grained effect and contrast base colour. This is a Goodyear-welted product meaning the upper and sole are heat-sealed and sewn together, not merely glued like many footwear constructions. Dr. Martens air-cushion sole is oil and fat-resistant and offers good abrasion and slip resistance.

این استایل‌ها با الهام از آرشیو دکتر مارتنس برای طراحی خلق شده‌اند و به گونه‌ای بازسازی شده‌اند که شبیه زمان تولید اولیه‌شان به نظر برسند. مشخصات چرم، رنگ و روش تولید دقیق است. از چرم سنتی‌تر با پشت بیسکویتی استفاده شده و رنگ آن با نمونه‌های آرشیوی که در روزهای اولیه دکتر مارتنس از کارخانه خارج می‌شدند، مطابقت داده شده است. قالب (لست) کم‌عمق‌تر است و رنگ زیره نیز برای مطابقت با سایه قدیمی‌تر تغییر کرده است. بندها صاف و نخی هستند و کپی دقیقی از نسخه‌های اصلی یافت‌شده می‌باشند.

بوت مانکی وینتیج اسموث با ۵ سوراخ بند، نسخه‌ای رترو از چرم صاف امضای ما با اثر دانه‌ای ظریف و رنگ پایه متضاد است. این محصول با روش گودیر ولت تولید شده است، یعنی رویه و زیره با حرارت مهر و موم و به هم دوخته می‌شوند، نه صرفاً چسبانده می‌شوند مانند بسیاری از ساختارهای کفش. زیره بالشتک هوا دکتر مارتنس در برابر روغن و چربی مقاوم است و مقاومت خوبی در برابر سایش و لغزش ارائه می‌دهد.

· این روکش‌ها رو از کامیون‌های اروپایی جمع‌آوری می‌کنن، بعد می‌شورن، استریل می‌کنن و بدون اینکه رنگشون رو تغییر بدن، برش می‌زنن و می‌دوزن.
· دوخت کیف هم با کمربند ایمنی ماشین (همون تسمه‌های ماشین) انجام میشه که بازم بازیافته.
