Jab swipe
1. Get off the ball
2. Use your head, arms and inside foot to sell the inside jab
2. Olineman should shoot his hands
3. Once you come back from the jab use your swipe and aim for his wrist/elbows
4. Double up swipes if needed by @dlcoachschad

QUICK SET: swipe inside
1. Get off, flip hips and quickly work to half a man
2. At the same time use the swipe move, the target for the swipe is the elbow

Inside jab spin move
1. Get off ball and sell the inside jab
2. After selling jab then sell rush up field
3. Plant inside foot and drop hips then spin

Stab cross chop arm over
1. Get off and stab olineman to get him to shoot his hands
