Hello Summerland! We are so excited to share our newest project in Summerland, the beloved coastal town in Santa Barbara County - known for its antique shops, beaches, hiking, and ocean views. We can't wait to get going on the renovation, which will bring a stunning, beachy vibe to this special spot. Introducing Miramar Lane, our new home in Montecito, now available for rent. It has been a labor of love, renovating and designing this beauty, and we are so proud of how she turned out. It's three bedrooms plus an office and den that can sleep up to eight people, and is filled with beautiful new furnishings from some of our favorite designers, as well as special vintage finds.
