More pictures from yesterday's chalking experience ✨️ A couple to show the size of the peice and me doing my thing.

20x13 feet We use kids chalk but also soft and hard pastels and charcoal to get the pigments we need for the dramatic colors and subtle expressions. We use cut up pool noodles for blending and to save our finger prints.

I love this art form and as long as someone can help me get up I will continue to do it (and pay for it the next couple of days).

20x13 feet! chalk mural
My work today was helping a friend finish this beautiful piece for the First United Methodist Church of Sun City Center. I only worked on background but it was quite the challenge. Thank you to Lisa for bringing me along for this one.

Gift has been given so here it is!
"Lainey" 9x12 soft pastel pencils

I had fun with this one. I love drawing "white" doodles, especially when the sun brings out their hidden colors. She is a beauty with long legs. The sky is what caught me and the grass was a neat little challenge.

Thanks Stephanie Phillips for letting me show her off. taken in Holiday, Florida by @dlholmes.art
