Life is all about finding a balance and you go through situations that make you better if you choose to learn from the mistakes you’ve made and grow from them

Overall my goal is to push myself to be the best version of myself because no matter what life throws at me I will overcome. I strive everyday to be the best I can, even on days where I’m not the most motivated or have things on my mind

The sad truth about life is most people won’t believe in you until you make it. One thing I’ve always told myself is as long as I believe in me and what I’m trying to achieve that’s all that matters

Everyday I strive to get 1% better. I won’t let the distractions of the world get me off track from achieving my goals

I found PEACE within myself & that’s when my life started falling into place. It didn’t happen over night, I cried plenty nights. But it got better, my faith in God got stronger & I overcame every obstacle.

Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.

As I look back in my life I see how He carried me. I see how He loved me even when I couldn’t love myself. When everyone else deemed me as unworthy, He treasured me... God is sooo good 🙏🏽❤

I’m so grateful man 🥺 Thank You God! I promise you I take NOTHING for granted. I still can’t believe where I am and I’m still hungry to achieve more. Most of all Walk in my purpose! 🙌🏽

I’m showing up for myself by setting healthy boundaries. Prioritizing me. Taking time to do what brings me the most joy. Not feeling guilty with saying no. Learning new hobbies. Creating habits that keep me at peace.

I had to unpack parts of me that needed healing. Trauma that needed to be addressed. Pain I needed to let go of. Relationships that had to be mended.

I thank God everyday for me not being where I used to be. The confirmation & healing really changed my way of thinking.

God,

My heart is just thankful. So full of gratitude that I’m alive to see another year. May I continue to trust You more, love hard, find joy in everything, & appreciate what I have right in front of me. I don’t want to miss nothing You have for me.

I thank God every single day for everything that has happened in my life good and bad because without it, I would not have been able to learn and grow as a person to become who I am today.

I just find myself happy with the simple things. Appreciating the blessings God gave me. Every day, I get closer to God. Every day, my will to do the right thing gets stronger. My relationship with God has gotten so much stronger. He’s always had his hand on me. He always guided me. I didn’t always go where he wanted me to go. But He always had me. Now that I’m actually listening and being obedient, life is so much better. by @dlo_explores
