✨ meine Meinung:
[⬇️⬇️⬇️] by @dlongillustrator

Ready to shrink yourself down and enter a world you never knew existed? 🔬🦠

This book feels like you’ve busted into a museum, dived headfirst into a microscope and entered a whole new world that’s been hiding right under our noses!

It’s packed with incredible micro life, from moon jelly and false puffballs to baby spiderlings and butterfly scales. And the images? Absolutely unreal. You can see details you’d never normally have the chance to see, bringing this tiny world to life in spectacular detail.

Some of it definitely gave me the ick though… the pork tapeworm egg?! Eeesh! 🤢😂 But that’s exactly what makes this book so fascinating. It’s packed with mind blowing facts, incredible imagery and the kind of science that makes you want to keep turning the pages.

A brilliant book for budding scientists, curious minds and anyone who loves discovering the weird, wonderful and sometimes, downright gross but at the same time extraordinary things (mites anyone?), hiding in our world!

🤍🌿🤍 Thank you so much to the publishers for sending me this to review, it will be making its way into my school very soon! 🤍🌿🤍 by @dlongillustrator

Went on a book finding rampage in @foylesforbooks yesterday. 📚
It's easy to forget how many wonderful books I've been able to work on over years and seeing them all on one place was a bit of a novelty!
It was almost a full house (in fact it probably would have been if I had looked a bit harder)

I spent a brilliant day in the sun yesterday painting a window for @cambridgebookshop to promote Think big: The Power of Volcanoes
It's really cool to see my work in a completely different environment.

Just incase you wanted a close look at my process for my latest cover for @katywatsonauthor latest 'Death on a Lively Sea' which was published yesterday!
This cover was a bit of a change for previous covers because it wasn't focused on a building, Instead a yacht in a summery Mediterranean sea.

Happy Publication Day @katywatsonauthor 🎉⛵
Always a pleasure to do yet another cover for you!
.
Here's a little peak into the different stages I went though for this cover, lots of rough ideas before an idea was chosen and then lots of exploration to find what would work best.

As always thanks to @theartworks_inc and to @littlebrownbookgroup_uk by @dlongillustrator
