A day in the life: train early, get on the tools, take care of business, then do it all again tomorrow. ⚒️💪 by @dm___irishiron

Same same, different week 🚀

Put last night’s steak and chips to good use this morning didn’t even touch the sides 🤷🏼💀 by @dm___irishiron

Holding steady. The next phase is close. Patience is part of the process. ⏳🖤 by @dm___irishiron

The only habit I’m not planning to break 🚀 by @dm___irishiron

Pull 1 done ✅

Blood work pulled this morning to help decide when we start the first stage of this growth phase.

My weight has held steady over the past few days, even with a slight increase in food. Mentally and physically, I’m feeling the best I’ve ever felt and haven’t missed a beat.

Legs this morning with the one and only Mr Consistency @jai.robson

It’s always a pleasure training with people who are driven to get better every day, and Jai is definitely one of them. We pushed each other hard today, but most importantly, we had fun doing it. Round two coming 🔜

First run on the new Gymleco hack squat and it’s already one of the best I’ve used. No bias because I own it 😂 I’d tell you if it was rubbish. Worth every penny. by @dm___irishiron

Pull/Ham ✅🥷

Same split different week. Most progress isn’t exciting it’s just showing up and repeating the basics.

Consistency can be boring, but that’s often where the progress happens. Hence why most of my videos look the same every week. by @dm___irishiron

November last year: 89.9kg to October this year, today 96.3kg a fresh starting point before the next phase begins next month.

I’ve stayed consistent because I genuinely enjoy the process. It’s never been about being hardcore or proving anything to anyone. I just love training, so I make time for it alongside everything else that matters to me.

Really looking forward to the next 12 months and seeing what improvements I can make along the way.

A big thank you to the big man @bwardy1986 We swapped a few foods around this weekend and it’s made a hell of a difference to my digestion.

He took time out of his weekend while prepping himself and a number of athletes for the British Nationals, to get back to me as he wanted it sorted asap to set us up nice for the coming weeks , greatly appreciate it 🙏🏻 by @dm___irishiron

Pull 1 ✅ Sometimes you’ve just got to wake up and realise you’re not as bad as you think you are at this, Keep showing up, keep enjoying it, and the results will come 🙌🙏🏻 by @dm___irishiron

Push 1 ✅

Weeks are flying by 💨 and I couldn’t be happier with how things are moving.

Calories are up slightly this week, with a couple small food adjustments, A few more weeks until the next phase begins enjoying every day of the process atm ✅🙏🙌 by @dm___irishiron

Failure is part of the process🔥. Keep pushing. Progress starts where comfort ends.✅ by @dm___irishiron
