Well the new prototype turbo (unnamed for now) throws TF down! Comes in sooner, makes more, and a much wider powerband than the Blouch STG1 turbo. This map was essentially the same map I used the the STG1 Blouch testing to get a apples to apples comparison. This turbo has proven to be an awesome upgrade for those wanting a solid turbo upgrade without having spending big coin on the ETS system (which is worth it tbh). Peak boost was the same for both turbos at 22psi maps are virtually identical. Both maps actually have a good bit of torque mitigation and delay in them as I’m still on the factory trans. This is done with every ETS bolt on including their 3.5” FMIC, and a @focused_arc_llc EL header on E46 on a completely factory fuel system and this car never fuel to impress. Car drives and feels amazing! All done with a @cobbtuning V3 Accessport. Almost stock like spool but another 90-100whp! @blouchturbo STG1 VB (FA24) Turbo at Max effort. It is still unreleased please don’t blow them up; they will announce when it’s ready for full production and purchase! It made about 80-90whp more peak through the range with a @focused_arc_llc EL header and about every @extremeturbosystems part they sell including their FMIC. Vehicle also had Carbon DS, twin disk etc. The numbers tell half the tale. The drivability and power ALL over the power band feels amazing. It feels way quicker than 490/490. It comes in fast and holds out up top. Power production while driving is way more stable, predictable and just raw through the whole band. For the price point they are going for it’s a STEAL! Disclaimer: This is full send on my personal car on e46 and not recommended for your DD. I tried a few revisions on e76, but stock fuel system (LPFP) wouldn’t/couldn’t keep up. I got @palmbeachdyno / Rob to hook up the Ol’ daily driver on SCT with a sweet Flex tune on the factory STG2 whipple/stock fueling. She rolls now! Almost 80whp with just a tune with the same 3.75” pulley. Pump and upto E50 I’ll take it. The shifting is sooooo money too. I have poured hours of time, testing finishing touches, safety limitations, requested tq molding per gear, and heart into my 2022 WRX OTS maps they’re now live. $150 they’re a bargain and on a intake only car they do wonders. The cars drive fantastic, super linear, and smooth with less earky/jerky when driven aggressively. Pictured is a BONE STOCK 22 WRX with two stock ecu runs, a Cobb OTS 93 and then my Custom OTS Map that is now available. Consist power, no knock, and massive gains over the entire curve. This is a step or two down from a full custom tune power wise, but a great option for time being or stock cars! New daily finally came in after 6 long months. Also, yeah it’s amazing and a 5.0 obviously.
We, well PSI, already did a VASFab 3/5 drop. I just got to slap the Gen5 3.0 Whipple kit on it next week or so.

Guys, Drunkmann Tuning is officially SWAMPED.

Please, please, please can we try keep contact to a minimum unless actively tuning a Flex car. I can not talk to you about ongoing changes, mod paths, or other options until the dust settles and have time to do so. I will get with you when I can, I promise.

If you could please refrain from asking the same questions over and over until after the 1st. Much of this is posted online with answers to 90% of it already.

I have 4-500 hundred messages a day coming in I simply cannot physically answer them all. Get with your shops I support and they can help you through most of it if I can’t respond.

Also, I have cut off ALL new tunes entirely until next week. I have more than I can complete at this time.

I am working diligently to get as many done as I can.

The final week of the grace period I am ONLY taking flex tunes which will booked up likely this weekend. I also am giving preference to prior customers first!

I am at over a 80 hour lead at this point, so please be have some patience if I take your tune I will get to you. Just make sure your car is ready to tune.

Also, my 21 came in but I haven’t enjoyed it yet as I’ve been glued to a laptop. by @dmann_tuning
