It's Date Night!!! At the Tennessee Theater, waiting to see Chris Issac in concert. We had a lovely, delicious meal before the concert at "The Kennedy". The service was exceptional & of course, the food was extraordinary. Now...on with the show!!! taken in Tennessee Theatre by @dmcervelli

Good morning & happy Saturday from East Tennessee. This is the result of our 1st significant snowfall of the season. ❄️ Flakes fell all afternoon yesterday and into the evening. So beautiful. More flurries are expected this morning, so hopefully this winter scene will last a day or two. by @dmcervelli

Well...we just arrived back in the Eastern Time Zone. Our journey back to Tennessee began early last Tuesday morning. Our goal was to be home by Saturday afternoon (looks like we're going to be successful). After a 4 hour delay in Flagstaff (our 2nd day on the road) due to Sammi-Sue, our Subaru, needing some immediate attention; we were back on the road by 2pm. Made it to Albuquerque that evening as originally planned. The rest of the trip went somewhat smoothly...albeit a difficult time finding a decent hotel near Memphis yesterday afternoon BIG NO. So we plowed through to Nashville. Stayed at a La Quinta. Perfect, 'cause then we were only 3.5 hours from HOME!!!
It was a wonderful trip as we got a lot of quality time with family (& a few friends) while in California. Those of you we did not get a chance to see; we'll catch you after the New Year as we will be back. Lotsa exciting life adventures coming for our family in 2025!!! by @dmcervelli

It was an awesome adventure today. We toured the Titanic Museum in Pigeon Forge, then had a late lunch (or early dinner actually) at the Local Goat restaurant. Followed by a stop at the outlet stores to shop. It was a fun day & the weather was very cooperative. by @dmcervelli

Freeze Dryer Batch #3 has begun. Today we prepared sliced strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and sliced avocados. Once dried, we can enjoy them as healthy snacks, or store them for a later use.

Our previous batches included strawberries, blueberries, & our home grown heirloom tomatoes. mmmmmm. 💖 Loving our new freeze dryer. by @dmcervelli

Another Cervelli Garden Harvest...our 1st pumpkins, 2 teeny cantaloupe, the last ear of corn (who is going to get that?), heirloom tomatoes, Anaheim peppers, some green bell peppers, & a massive amount of green & red jalapeños (Keith Aguilar don't be jealous).

The jars behind the fresh harvest are from a previous bounty & have been freeze dried for later use. They include, heirloom tomatoes, red & yellow bell peppers, zucchini, & yellow squash. We also freeze dried fresh strawberries & blueberries...but they are ALL GONE cuz they were a delicious, nutritious snack!!! by @dmcervelli
