It’s official! She’s 10! Once again happy birthday to my beautiful daughter Dejalys! Thank you my small circle! My mother and stepdad, Daddy David @hustleking_vi and uncle Julio! God mommy @meillimaj I could not have gotten through today without you. @evol28 for shipping what I needed and checking on me (stresssss) and my sister @prettyprin93 and my niece @thattgurllangie._ for rushing those table cloths to me. Not many know that in 2023 I was diagnosed with depression and faced severe panic attacks that at times left me paralyzed. I could not understand why it was happening. I believed I was a happy person, unaware of how much pain I had quietly buried. Eventually, I did the work and faced it all, and one truth I’ve learned is this: it doesn’t simply disappear, but you learn how to hold yourself on the hard days.

Today, as I welcome another birthday, I can say with certainty that I have never felt more alive. I am living closer to my truth. I laugh more freely, smile more deeply, and the joy I carry feels familiar, like the joy I knew at 18, before the world grew heavy.

This birthday, my wish is simple. Take care of your mental health. Tend to it gently and without shame. Witnessing the sudden loss of a woman in a shark attack was a sobering reminder that none of us are promised tomorrow. Time is fragile, and life is brief.

So live with happiness as your compass. Do not remain where you feel diminished. Choose spaces that allow you to grow, to breathe, to become. Smile often. Laugh loudly. Learn from your mistakes and let them shape you, not define you.

2025 asked more of me than I expected.
It stretched me, shaped me, and quietly changed me.
I grew this year, and I lost this year,
and I hold both with equal reverence.

I lost my Lu Bug.
A love so pure, so constant,
that its absence feels louder than words.
It is the kind of loss that doesn’t rush healing,
the kind you learn to carry rather than conquer.

Yet in the midst of grief, I gained something sacred:
the understanding of forgiveness.
Forgiveness is not surrender.
It is not forgetting.
It is the moment I take my power back into my own hands.

It is knowing that strength can exist without bitterness,
and peace without permission.
It is the quiet acceptance that
not everyone is meant to walk beside you forever,
but every encounter leaves a mark,
and every ending teaches you how to stand on your own. My prayer to you all is that 2026 brings you more joy! Because as cliche as it sounds, tomorrow is not promised! I love you all! by @dmdias

How can I put into words what you mean to me. We have been through so much together. I can honestly say we have been through life together! On this birthday I reflect on who you’ve been to me and I teared up! I couldn’t have done certain things if it was not for your love, your support and you pushing me. I am just a quarter of women who formed a beautiful bond that will forever be special in my heart no matter the distance and time. I want the world for you! I want you to always feel the love you give to us that know you! You are truly one of my most favorite people on this planet and I can’t express that enough. Blessings to you always my love!!!! It’s with a heavy heart that I share the loss of my white boy Lu on July 14th. Grief comes in waves and I’m trying to process that he’s not here. When I got Lu it was to see if I could be responsible for a life! From the moment we got him it was instant that as much as he needed me I needed him more. Lu was my protector. He would never allow anyone to harm me, or speak loud to me. He slept in my bed, sat on my lap, and never ever left my side. When he started to get cancer he began to lose mobility in his legs and would still crawl to me. The last night I spent telling him how much he was loved, how he helped me through my pregnancy and how he has been the best dog son I could ever ask for. It will be a while till I feel like myself but I will never truly heal from this loss. I want to thank everyone who has helped in supporting me through this and I want to say from the bottom of my heart thank you. And Lu I know you are at peace. Rest my baby, I got Dejq and Cardi!
