One year ago on May 23rd I married my best mate.

Between the fishing, work, kids, chaos & everyday life… this is still the best day we’ve ever had.

Nearly 1 year later and I still can’t believe we pulled this off 😂❤️

I got to do makeup for this poster and it was such a pleasure to see Miriama again. My mum would have loved to have come to this show. She told me stories of how she used to go to the dances with Witi in Waituhi. My mother loved stories and she read all of her cousins books. She would have loved that I got to work on this. It's bitter sweet how life turns out but I know she would be proud for me to continue my own story. 🕊️
