To moments that take your breath away & to the community that make the hard moments worth it. That elevation was a *%#=+ & I’ll be doing it again!

@earnednotgivenclub x @on Trail Run was amazing! Was able to test run in the new cloudultra 3! Might be in my top 3 favorite pair of ON’s!
S/O @nicolescruggs_ appreciate you allowing me to get on your nerves for the day!
This event had a great group of people to meet and share commonality with!
They are hosting another run 8/31.

S/O

To 1 Year in LA

LA… you’ve been beautiful.
You’ve cut me. Humbled me.
Pushed me to grow in ways I didn’t know I needed.
You showed me parts of myself I never knew existed
and lit a fire (literally) in the ones I knew I had to develop.

I fell in love with risk.
With the thrill of the unknown.
I’ve learned to ask the hard questions
and mastered the power of saying less.

You’ve brought joy.
You’ve brought pain.
But above all, you’ve brought growth.

And the vision? Never been clearer.
Grateful for every soul I’ve crossed paths with,
everything I’ve done,
and everything still on the way.

Let’s keep going. by @dmilt_

Cydny said the album dropping July 24th!

Amazing trip with my family! My mom picked the outfits for these photos! & being a hard critic, i must say she did a solid job. When i first saw these i thought we looked like Ethiopian pastors but it was solid. 😂

Definitely encourage a trip with the family if you haven't. Take pictures and make memories. taken in Curaçao by @dmilt_
