So thankful to be able to come to DC this week to advocate on Capitol Hill on behalf of a life passion of ours, Foster & Adoption! So incredibly humbled to be nominated by Speaker Mike Johnson and his staff as Angels in Adoption. We are definitely not angels and not worthy of the award but we do believe every angel in care deserves a permanent home that is healthy and whole! We are really grateful to connect with some real life super heroes who are making a profound impact all over the US. There is much work still to be done! by @dmmagee

Enjoy the dynamics of getting a family photo. 😎

Usually Tammy and I forget to take a photo because we’re busy talking or leading an event. So…….we thought our Youth Conference was a perfect opportunity to get a quick “perfect” photo with our two youngest since we have no responsibilities 😬

Meanwhile, our baby girl has an absolute meltdown because she clearly doesn’t see this as a great opportunity lol At the same time, our youngest decided to try and tear down the backdrop! 🤦‍♂️. So after multiple chaotic attempts we were able to muster a smile.

This is often like life. We usually only show the perfect photo while sidestepping the absolute chaos that life really is. These pictures absolutely had me cracking up this morning. May this be a blessing to some family that never gets the perfect photo 😂😂. This is a pretty accurate representation of our family 😂 by @dmmagee
