& That’s A Wrap 💙 24 Designers, 24 Visions, 24 Connections Special shoutout to my Branding Co-Lead @inmyroomsmiling_ & my core @marii.i @jgarxia7 @berto5.7__ It has been a stressful 2 years, especially last 3 weeks but we finally did it. Beautiful show by exhibition team. And I’m so grateful for everyone who came to support me and see what we’ve been working on. Y’alls presence and support is what got me here and I couldn’t do this without y’all. Thank you 💙 & April 16 | 5-9PM April 17 | 6-9PM April 18 | 1-4 PM & 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁? by @dmnqdesign
Dominique Pineda | She/Her | @dmnqdesign | Branding Team Co-Lead Dominique Pineda is a graphic designer interested in brand identity, packaging, and print production, with a strong foundation in typography and hands-on printmaking techniques like silkscreen, lithography, and relief. Passionate about purposeful design, Dominique aims to create visual work that tells a story and authentically represents each brand. She thrives on connecting with communities through design and is always eager to explore new tools and techniques to elevate her craft. & What’s next for you? Next up for me? Building real connections and staying a little obsessed with networking, in the best way! I genuinely love meeting people, sharing ideas, and seeing where those conversations can lead. At the same time, pushing myself to grow both creatively and professionally, to sharpen my skills and expand what I’m capable of. by @dmnqdesign
Dominique Pineda | She/Her | @dmnqdesign | Branding Team Co-Lead & What is the meaning of your Ampersand? My ampersand takes the form of a running figure, a symbol of constant motion. It represents how connection isn’t passive; it moves, builds momentum, and carries us forward. The grungy stylization reflects the raw and real nature of networking, imperfect, active, and full of energy, where every interaction has the potential to open a door and create new opportunities. & What design discipline excites you most? The design disciplines that excite me most are branding, print, and environmental design — especially when they come together to create cohesive, immersive experiences. &Projects: Bumper Ad Risograph Poster: Hunk Xing Print Workbook Field Guides Timeline Website Porch Talk Poster Series by @dmnqdesign

fall semester of 2024: finished ✅ it was different type of load work, but very satisfying way to end the year. my book started falling apart, but reminded that it’s okay and that it is just design at the end of the day and we can always learn from it and make it better the next time. so grateful for my block mates. they have been extremely helpful and a joy to be with. i couldnt ask for better mates for the 2 years. we did it! :) by @dmnqdesign
