It’s birthday weekend for Molly and wowzers has she had a birthday to remember….coning home from Coimbra World Cup with a Silver Medal is incredible but to be out there with your teammates, in the sunshine, on your birthday is really quite something!

Representing Team 🇬🇧 GB and of course celebrating her Northern Irish roots - Molly did herself and her club proud… we are incredibly proud of Mollys journey and we always like to remember and appreciate - it takes a village…

We as a club are playing a tiny little part in Mollys journey and to everyone who has supported her and been a part of her journey until now - you know who you are - and Thank you ⭐️💕 it takes a village and we appreciate everyone who supports our team in any capacity 🫶

We are super excited that we also had two senior men out in Coimbra too, Leo & Ethan - however ladies first AND all that jazz and of course it’s Molly Birthday weekend - so the Men’s celebration post will follow tomorrow 🫶⭐️💪 taken in Coimbra, Portugal by @dmt_at_jump

A little bit of randomness goes a long way!

Our Regional Gymnasts were given one simple challenge… bring one random thing from home to training! 😂

And what a difference a little bit of fun can make!

Lots of laughs, positive energy, happy gymnasts and a brilliant atmosphere in the gym!

Katie took to the floor at the National Age Championships, gaining another hugely valuable experience at the top level of DMT.

✨ Two passes to her feet
✨ New friendships made
✨ The opportunity to train and compete alongside some incredible gymnasts
✨ A real taste of the standard, skills and difficulty at this level

There is so much more to these weekends than results. They’re about experiencing the environment, learning, building confidence and understanding what the next level looks like.

Katie came away with plenty to be proud of, plenty learned and, most importantly, another experience under her belt to build from.

Experience. Learn. Grow. Come back stronger. 💙

What a team!!! So so proud!!!! 🫶

So many thank yous and so much appreciation as it really does take a village to get these guys here and to be given the opportunity to perform and showcase and compete their skills 🫶

It takes a village - and it just so happens we have the best wee village there is - so proud to have every one of our team wearing the kit and representing JUMP….

These superstars are all relatively new to DMT and now that Scottish Champs are over for this year for everyone else - they get to join the excitement of working towards their first competitive opportunities in house and outwith JUMP

We can’t wait to see them show off their hard work - lots of work to do but it’s so exciting…

Sophia has been working hard to increase her execution, improve her performance and smash her landings… she showed all of this today in her passes and demonstrated confidence and calm on the floor 🎉

Sophia is always great fun to have on the team and today could be spotted having a wee dance between her turns and really enjoyed her day - it’s important to appreciate the fun of having Sophia on the team and seeing her progress and develop is exciting - we look forward to next year 🎉⭐️💪

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 SCOTTISH CHAMPIONSHIPS ROUND UP 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Millie joined us fairly recently and was keen to rediscover some of her existing skills and to build her confidence in a new environment 🫶

Working well in gym and settling in and getting to know her new team and gel with her teammates - she has had some really positive sessions and this weekend she showed what she’s capable of on the competition floor.. ⭐️

Millie has demonstrated her hard work and skills this weekend that allows her to start her next chapter to build for next year 💪 a huge shoutout to @dynamitegymnastics who have played a massive part in Millies journey so far with us only hanging out for a short while..

Millie made it through to the “DMT Bounce Off” which was a great experience for her and brought some extra fun and smiles to her day - there were lots of smiles on the floor and enjoyment, fun and team support was evident on the floor

Summer has shown everyone what she’s capable of this weekend and most importantly she’s reminded herself of her own awesomeness… ⭐️

When training can be tricky - it’s important to get busy and focused and get back on track and Summer is working really hard in gym to rediscover some skills and she was able to show off some improvements in the gym today with some sticky feet and her score has increased by more than 1.0 since qualifiers.. ⭐️

Charlotte smashed it this weekend… a tricky lead up to competition can always start a little bit of doubt but not Charlotte - she’s been pretty determined and keen to get out there to do her thing and show off what she can do…

Even got the double front out there to feet too - great build up and exciting to see you progress and see you really start to believe in yourself - almost as much as we believe in you 💪⭐️
