Have you even been online browsing websites and then boom 💥 this pops up and you can’t get rid of it? Let me tell you what to do if this happens.

1. Don’t panic 🚫
2. Don’t call the number (it’s a scam) 🚫
3. Remember this video
4. Press Atl Ctrl Del
5. Open Task Manager
6. Force close on your web browser.
Voila the annoying screen will go away!

Now let’s make sure we are safe by doing this.

1. Go to search box 🔍
2. Type in windows defender or security
3. Run a scan

😂 I swear technical support calls would be 50% shorter if people did 50% more listening.

Customer: “I need help with my computer.”

Me: “Okay, click—”

Customer: “See what happened was… and my cousin said… and then I Googled it… and I think it’s the motherboard… but somebody on YouTube said…” 😭😭

Meanwhile I’m sitting there like… “You called ME, remember?” 😂

I can’t troubleshoot the problem if every time I ask a question, you give me a TED Talk instead of an answer.

Sometimes the best thing you can do when you call tech support is describe the problem, answer the questions, and LET THE TECH COOK. 😂💻🔧

Being the head honcho means when the team needs that well-deserved vacation, guess who’s gotta figure out how to make everything still work? 🙋🏾‍♂️😂

That’s part of the game though. I want my people to take their trips, enjoy their families, recharge, and actually have a life outside of work.

But somebody still gotta keep the doors open…

And apparently “Head Honcho” is just another way of saying “the person with nobody else to call.” 😭😂

Today was bigger than just sitting on a panel. 💯

I had the opportunity to be a panelist at the Keys to Wealth Fest, talking about financial literacy, investing, entrepreneurship, and building wealth — but what made it hit different was being able to do it right here in my hometown of Washington, D.C. ❤️🏛️

There’s something special about coming back to the same city that helped shape you and being able to pour knowledge back into the community. I’ve learned a lot through business, investing, wins, losses, and simply taking chances on myself. If sharing some of those experiences helps somebody else make a better financial decision, start investing, build a business, or change the trajectory of their family, then it’s worth it.

I’m big on information + execution. We can talk about generational wealth all day, but somebody has to teach the game, somebody has to get in the room to learn it, and then we have to actually put that knowledge to work.

Grateful to Keys to Wealth Fest for giving me the platform to pour back into the city that poured so much into me.
