few shots from a spontaneous overnighter in August at a rather frequented spot in the Graubünden mountains. with a bad forecast, I had the place all to myself for a few hours — enough time to soak it all in.
pure bliss. #wildcamp #alpinelakeswilderness #homeiswhereyoustakeit #msrgear taken in Swiss Alps by @dnl.dtt

back for an overnighter at this beauty, this time with a lighter pack. total bliss out there—glimmering lake, raw peaks, and alpine solitude as summer shifts into fall. pitched the tarp against those harsh evening gusts and enjoyed a cozy night.

spent some days hut hiking the greina alta with my dad and brother. wide valleys, lush meadows and glacier streams beneath rugged peaks and stone deserts. light packs, hot meals, and a welcome change of pace. days to remember.

three days wildcamping in my favorite ticino valley, living in a postcard landscape of streams and mountains with sun, clouds, wind and rain. appreciate the versatility of the Akto more and more. added the tarp and detached the inner for a spacious, dry refuge. read a book, had some beers, explored the surroundings, met some locals.
perfect days.

three days of wild camping at one of my favorite mountain lakes at 2,500 masl.
long, exhausting ascent. icy alpine swims. relentless wind. spectacular sunsets. pure alpine solitude.
and finally, my first-ever car camping night – simply because I was not ready to leave.
perfect days.
