“THEY NOT LIKE US — MISS BAARTMAN”

The pieces our models are wearing are more than fabric. They are a reminder. A warning. A call for respect.

We all come from women. And if the first mother of humanity was a Black woman, then disrespecting Black women is disrespecting the very origin of life itself. The same way we exploit and destroy Mother Earth is the same way society has too often exploited and destroyed the women who give us life.

Inspired by the words of NoName:
“When the rainforest cries, everybody dies a little.”

Without respect for the Earth, there is no future. Without respect for our mothers, there is no humanity.

Sarah “Saartjie” Bartman was mocked, displayed, and dehumanized because of the body mother earth gave her. Turned into a spectacle instead of being honored as a human being. Though history tried to strip her of dignity, her story survived. Her body was finally returned home to Africa through the efforts of many, including Nelson Mandela.

This collection stands for every woman who was ridiculed instead of protected.
Every mother whose labor goes unseen.
Every piece of Earth treated as disposable.

If you care about nothing else, care about the hands that birthed you and the planet that keeps you alive.

Respect women.
Respect the Earth.
Protect the source of life.

I can take still videos, edit, create clothes, build sets, and pour my soul into this art all day long—but none of it would look this powerful without the people who show up to believe in the vision.

So this is a huge shoutout to Eazy Duz It Car Club, every single model that walked with confidence and purpose, every photographer who captured these moments, and everybody behind the scenes who helped bring this fashion show to life.

And beyond that, this is for our ancestors—the people who struggled, sacrificed, created, resisted, and paved roads we now walk on today. None of us got here alone. Every opportunity we have now was built on the backs of people who refused to give up.

This wasn’t just a fashion show.
This was community, culture, history, and art all colliding into one unforgettable moment. ❤️‍🔥
