What a weekend. 🧡🏀We had the opportunity to travel to Melbourne and compete in the Nunawading Spectres Tournament in the U14s division.Going in, we weren’t quite sure what to expect. We were a team brought together, taking on some incredibly strong competition from across Australia. To finish the weekend undefeated through our first five games and earn a spot in the Grand Final was something we’re all really proud of.While we fell short by 10 points in the Grand Final, the boys showed incredible heart, resilience and teamwork throughout the entire tournament. For our first time competing at Nunawading, the experience exceeded anything we could have imagined.A huge THANK YOU to our coaches for their time, leadership and belief in this group. Thank you for pushing us to be better, supporting us through every game and helping create an unforgettable experience for the boys.To all of the families who committed to the trip, travelled interstate, spent long days at the stadium and cheered from the sidelines—thank you ❤️ Opportunities like this are only possible because of the support and sacrifice of so many people behind the scenes.The basketball was amazing, but what we’ll remember most are the friendships, team dinners, laughs, conversations, and memories made throughout the weekend. We arrived as a group of teammates and left feeling even more like family.We’re incredibly grateful to Camden Valley Wildfire @wildfirebasketball.official for the opportunity to represent the association and compete on such a big stage. 2025 wasn’t an easy year for many, but for us it became a year of positive change, new learnings, resilience, and real commitment.It brought growth and achievements for each of us in our little fam bam and taught us how to build new routines, adapt to change, and keep moving forward even when things felt hard. This year also opened doors to new opportunities and gave us more time to focus on what truly mattered. Spending time with family, friends and being truly present. In so many ways 2025 was abundant and we’re incredibly grateful for everything it brought our way.As we head into 2026, we’re excited for what’s to come. When we started this business, it was just the two of us — Mark and I, wearing every hat possible.Client work, emails, invoicing, strategy, socials — you name it, we did it.There were nights we’d be up past midnight, just trying to stay on top of it all.It wasn’t that we didn’t want help.We just hadn’t found the right people — the ones who understood our vision and cared as much as we did.But when we did… everything changed.We stopped looking for “help” and started building a team.People who saw the bigger picture.Who cared about the vision.Who treated this business like it was their own.Now, we have an incredible team who bring so much heart, skill, and energy to The Cartable Collective.It’s a different kind of peace.A different kind of growth.And as we close this year, I’m just so grateful for the team that makes The Cartable Collective what it is today — the people behind every email, post, strategy, and system.We’re still a small team, but we’ve built something really special. 💛From working alone to building something together and this is the part I’m most proud of.So here’s to 2025 and I’m so grateful to be walking into 2026 with the same great team 🥹— Kim x by @do_it_dad

Wishing an awesome birthday to my beautiful wife @itskimplanes.coYouve gone through a hell of a year and i hope you can look back and see yourself the same way that Carter and I and many others see you. A strong resilient woman who works hard everyday for herself, her family and for those around her that she loves. Who chases her dreams. Who puts others first. You seek out the Joy in life (pun intended) and not just for yourself but for others too.
