As I woke up this morning I hoped it would all go away. It would all just be a bad dream, that you’re gonna text me or pull up in my driveway sometime. Last night I lost my best friend. My brother. The word pain cannot describe the way I feel. I keep calling your phone and it just rings on me man. There was no blood in my body that ran the same as yours but you showed me love, trust, support, and a loving home I could always come to. I started a new school and you were the first person to take me under your wing. You were always by my side through the highs, the lows, and everything in between. You always helped me see the bigger picture and always wanted the best for me. We wouldn’t even have to do anything together to have a good time. Something as simple as just riding around or getting in the hot tub or swimming made my day because we always just clicked without trying. I remember you always used to spike your fastball on purpose because it always ended up putting a mark on my arm and you thought it was funny. I wish I could block that fastball just one more time. I wish I could be your catcher just one more time. I wish I could ride around with you just one more time. I wish I could just chill and watch movies with you one more time. I wish I could just say I love you one more time man. The world was better with you in it. My family always thought the highest of you and you always had a home to go to. Man I wish you could come home one more time. From now on everything I do is for you. I miss you and love you so much man. Until we see each other again. Fly high bub. by @dobbie735
