⚠️ One of the biggest mistakes entrepreneurs make is solving tomorrow’s problems before they’ve solved today’s.

Founders love talking about vision.

Mission.

Core values.

Culture.

And while those things matter, they’re only valuable when your business has reached the stage where they can actually be lived.

In this conversation, Dobbin Buck shares why defining culture too early can actually work against you.

When you’re building a startup, reality rarely follows the plan.

There will be late nights.

Hard seasons.

Moments where everyone has to do things outside their job description.

If your values promise one thing but your business requires another, you don’t build trust.

You create confusion.

This is why sequencing matters.

The right strategy at the wrong time is still the wrong strategy.

When you’re just getting started, your first priority isn’t a perfect brand.

It isn’t a polished mission statement.

It isn’t a beautifully designed website.

It’s getting paying customers.

Because almost every problem in an early-stage business gets easier when customers are paying you.

If you’re building a business and wondering what deserves your attention right now, this episode is a must-listen.

🔥 Drop a fire emoji if you’ve ever realized you were working on the wrong thing at the wrong time.

The biggest mistake most entrepreneurs make?

Trying to be the entire band.

You’re the lead singer.
The guitarist.
The drummer.
The sound engineer.
The lighting crew.
The ticket taker.
The person running the merch booth.

And then you wonder why growth feels so hard.

In this conversation…

Dobbin Buck shares a powerful lesson:

Great businesses are built like a badass rock band.

Not by one talented person doing everything.
Not by each person in the band needing the lime light.
But by a group of talented people each playing their role at a high level.

Too many founders believe they need to be the smartest person in the room.
Or that they need a full team of superstars.

The best founders know their job is to build the best team.

To find great people.

Develop great people.

And bring together talents that can create something none of them could create on their own.

That’s where the magic happens.

That’s where scale happens.

And that’s where businesses become bigger than the founder.

If you’re building a business and feel like everything depends on you, this episode is a must-listen.

🔥 Drop a fire emoji if you’ve ever felt like you’re carrying the entire business on your back.

One of the biggest breakthroughs in business is realizing you don’t have to do it like everyone else.

Because success isn’t just about discipline.

It’s about self-awareness.

In this conversation, Dobbin Buck shares how he realized that Mondays were consistently his most stressful and least productive day.

Instead of forcing himself to fit the conventional playbook, he redesigned his schedule around how he actually works best.

And everything improved.

One of the biggest mistakes entrepreneurs make is trying to copy successful people play by play.

Morning routines.

Calendars.

Workflows.

Schedules.

But success isn’t found in someone else’s blueprint.

It’s found in understanding yourself.

Your strengths.

Your weaknesses.

Your energy.

And creating a game plan that allows you to operate at your best.

Dobbin didn’t build an incredible 7-figure business by doing things the way everyone else does.

He built it by knowing himself and having the courage to trust what worked.

And in doing so, he created a better experience for his team, his clients, his family, and himself.

If you’re building a business and feel like you’re forcing yourself into someone else’s definition of success, this episode is a must-listen.

🔥 Drop a fire emoji if you’ve ever questioned the way business is “supposed” to be done.

Collaboration is the new competitive advantage.

Most people believe that in order to win, someone else has to lose.

But what if two people coming together could create something neither could create on their own?

In this conversation with Dobbin Buck, we discuss why collaboration and community are the next wave of conscious capitalism.

The entrepreneurs who thrive over the next decade won’t be the ones trying to do everything themselves.

They’ll be the ones who know how to build trust, create partnerships, and deliver transformational outcomes that are bigger than any one person could create alone.

Because business isn’t a zero-sum game.

You don’t have to win at someone else’s expense.

The greatest opportunities are often created together.

That’s why the people who embrace collaboration instead of competition will have a massive advantage in the years ahead.

If you’re building a business and believe there’s a better way than trying to do everything yourself, this episode is a must-listen.

🔥 Drop a fire emoji if you believe collaboration beats competition.

⚡️The best entrepreneurs aren’t always the ones who started the strongest.

Sometimes they’re the ones who rebuilt after losing everything.

At 36, Dobbin Buck hit rock bottom.

After years working alongside his father building some of the world’s most iconic museums, drugs and alcohol nearly destroyed everything.

Most people would have accepted that as the end of the story.

Dobbin chose to reinvent himself.

Today, he lives in the woods of Georgia and has built one of the top marketing, tech, and automation agencies in the world, out of a Cabin on the river.

Small town living didn’t limit his big thinking.

His team has helped power some of the biggest names in the industry serving personal brands and businesses looking to scale through systems, strategy, and world-class execution.

But what impressed me most wasn’t the business.

It was the man behind it.

His belief in people. His commitment to culture. His willingness to mentor others and invest in talent.

In a world obsessed with overnight success, Dobbin’s story is a reminder that the people who brag about how quickly they made it are often the most vulnerable when everything comes crashing down.

Real success isn’t about how fast you rise.

It’s about who you become and what you’re able to rebuild.

Dobbin’s story is proof that your lowest moments don’t have to define your future.

If you’re willing to play the long game, this convo changes how you think, and the moves you’ll make.

🔥 Drop a fire emoji if you’re building.
