Diwali has always served as a beautiful reminder that what matters most in this world is friends, family, and community.

It’s a time where we strengthen our bonds and come together with people that make the world brighter and better every day.

A special thank you to Neerja (@patelneerja @neerja.pr and @maxwellsocial for hosting such a beautiful night.

As a physician practicing in NYC, I care a lot about healthcare innovation, especially, novel diagnostics, advanced therapeutics, personalized and longevity care, and consumer health

Last night, I hosted the first Dinner on the Future of Personalized Health with a great group of founders, investors, operators, and builders

Grateful to Torch Capital and Cooley for making it happen. I left inspired, enthusiastic, and hopeful. Thank you to everyone that came and I can’t wait for the next one ❤️ by @doc.meesh

from us, to you
yesterday we brought longevity doctors, mental health educators, and changemakers from the Bengali community under one roof. fireside chats on preventative care, our health, and how to get proactive about wellbeing before it becomes urgent.

what a special evening. rooms like these are rare because conversations like these are rare. generations of “we don’t talk about that” undone by every panelist and audience member that contributed.

if you missed our very first Bengali American health and wellness dinner, let this be your sign to mark your calendars for the next one. these spaces are being built for you.

a huge thank you to our speakers:
✨Dr. M. Shoma Datta-Thomas, MD, FACOG
✨Dr. Nabila Noor, MD
✨Anik Khan-Artist
✨Israa Nasir- Therapist, Author of Toxic Productivity
✨Dr. Mishal Reja, MD
✨Dr. Tisa Saha, MD

Brought together experts and community to dive into some of the most important conversations in medicine today.
We explored:
• PMOS
• Fertility
• Menopause
• Colon cancer
• GLP-1 therapies
Grateful to everyone who made this possible—our incredible partners, panelists, and community. These are the conversations that move health forward.

Cardiometabolic health, hormones, fertility, and PMOS were topics discussed at the panel with Dr. Koya, Dr. Desai, Dr. Poynor, and Dr. Reja.

With nearly 40% of people turning to social media for health information, conversations like these matter.

We brought experts together and engaging community in dialogue is how we move important health topics forward.

Thank you to everyone that came out. And to those joining us next time, we can’t wait to see you there. by @doc.meesh

Good health information is hard to come by, and even harder to trust. That’s exactly why I love bringing together brilliant minds and people who genuinely care about their health, and living better for longer.

There’s something special about learning in community. The energy, the questions, the conversations that spill over long after the panel ends. It’s what makes these evenings so amazing

A huge thank you to Dr. Poynor, Dr. Desai, and Dr. Koya for showing up with such depth, honesty, and generosity, and for sharing your expertise so openly with our community. We are so grateful.

Conversations on women’s health are more important now than ever.

Women were left out of medical research for decades, and we’re still feeling it. Heart attacks, drug dosing, pain thresholds mainly studied on men, all applied to women.

Let’s continue to have these important conversations. Appreciate everyone for taking the time to come and be a part of this beautiful movement in medicine by @doc.meesh
