I recently done a Health and Fitness DNA test with Muhdo and found out that I am gifted in areas relating to Muscle Building, Strength, Muscle Endurance and Cognitive Abilities/Memory. Here I have compiled some of the interesting results.

@muhdo_health offer a very comprehensive and detailed analysis of your DNA and I would definitely recommend taking this test to help you with your lifestyle and fitness goals.

I originally found out about the test from watching one of my idols @eddiehallwsm on youtube and following his incredible journey.

12.5kg Bench PR for my brother Jack. Previously we had got Jack in shape going from 94kg to a lean 78kg.

Now back up to 85kg still fairly lean and with more muscle on his frame, the goal is to see how strong he can get before the next cut.
