💊 “Take this pill.”
💊 “Try this medication.”
💊 “We’ll increase the dosage.”

What if the answer isn’t always in another prescription?

I sat down with Dr. Fabian Garcia to talk about why he’s challenging the status quo, exposing what many patients never hear, and why prevention might be the most powerful medicine of all.

Agree or disagree, this conversation will make you think.

👇 Would you rather prevent disease or manage it?

Intentional dietary moves + hormone replacement + consistency.
Patient told me she no longer needed her hearing aid and believed the reduction in inflammation played a part (first time i had heard that, by the way). She is also noting dramatic skin improvements. Shes been at it for 6 months. We are just getting started!!’

IT CAN BE DONE!…dont let anyone tell you otherwise.
