Passion fruit cheesecake, but make it extra creamy 💛✨

Tangy passion fruit + silky cheesecake filling + buttery crust = one of those desserts you have to make at least once.

For the filling:
- 454g cream cheese
- 120g sugar
- 120g heavy cream
- 80g passion fruit concentrate
- 2 eggs + 1 yolk
- 10g cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt

Personal opinion but … nothing beats a perfectly made pavlova 😍

Crunchy outside, the inside fluffy like a cloud, filled with a light whipped cream and topped with strawberries 🍓

Raspberry white chocolate cookies 🤍❤️🍪

Quick, easy, baked all together in a tin, perfect to be topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream 🤤

Recipe:
- 115g of unsalted butter
- 80g of sugar
- 80g of light brown sugar
- 110g of white chocolate chips
- 110g frozen raspberries
- 238g flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 and 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 1/4 tsp of baking soda
- 1 egg + 1 yolk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

It’s time!!!! 🍓🍫

I have been seeing these cakes by the slice online, so decided to try my own version!!! Chocolate layers, condensed milk vanilla cream, and strawberries …. I think I got it right 😚

Let me know what you think, and give it a try 🤗

Chocolate cake recipe:

- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 T baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 cups sugar oil
- 1 cup boiling water

Filling:
- 1 can sweet condensed milk
- 1 can milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 T cornstarch

I LOVE making bread, and I had been wanting to make a fluffy white loaf, and this was exactly what I had in mind.

Fluffy and soft, I now have been eating a slice a day with butter and jam (which I also made 😚) and there’s nothing better than eating your breakfast and knowing you did it all yourself!

This took me max of 3 hours between starting my mix and putting it into the oven, which is very quick, so please give it a try because it’s delicious!

Recipe:
- 1kg flour
- 1 1/2 cups of warm milk
- 1/2 cup of warm water
- 1/2 cup of butter, melted
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of salt

I baked it at 365F for about 30 minutes.

Made @csaffitz carrot cake, and I can say it’s absolutely delicious!

Completely different from my last carrot cake recipe, this one is covered in a brown butter cream cheese frosting, filled with spices, nuts, and shredded carrots to make for a moist and structured cake 🥕🍰

Recipe:
- 1 1/2 cups pecan pieces
- 1 pound (454g) carrots (about 5 large)
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 cup neutral oil

(My changes: half cup of canola oil and half of olive oil; used all spice instead of ginger and cloves; halved the recipe)

Brazilian Carrot Cake time …. 🥕🍫

Not your typical carrot pieces, spices, and nuts cake, but (in my opinion) the best carrot cake!

A good recipe from my grandma that has never failed me, and I promise that if you try it you will love too 🤭

Recipe:
- 3 large carrots
- 1 cup of oil
- 1 1/2 cups of sugar
- 3 eggs (separate the yolks and whites)
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Chocolate sauce:
- 4 tablespoons chocolate powder
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of milk

I have done banana bread so many times at this point, but I will never ever ever get tired of it 😋

Adding the crumble to cake makes me think of a mixture between my banana bread and the banana cufa my grandma used to make … so maybe I need to give that a go next time!

Recipe:

- 3 bananas
- 1/2 brown butter
- 3/4 cups of sugar
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- salt
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- chocolate chip (as much as your heart desires)

Crumble:
- 3 T butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of flour

Tiramisu:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 16oz of mascarpone
- 1/4 cup of coffee liqueur
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup of coffee
- 2 packs of lady fingers
