📖✨ Big news — my book A New Philosophy of Relief is officially out now!

This project has been years in the making, and I’m beyond excited to share my vision for pain care that goes beyond quick fixes. Inside, I dive into innovative, non-surgical approaches to healing and personalized care designed to help people truly live better, healthier lives.

If you’ve ever struggled with pain — or know someone who has — this book is for you.

👉 Grab your copy from the link in bio!

Thank you to everyone who has supported me along this journey. This is just the beginning. 🙏
