📱 Tech Neck is Real! Did you know that looking down at your phone can put up to 60 pounds of pressure on your neck? That’s like carrying a 7-year-old on your shoulders—all day, every day. Over time, this poor posture leads to neck pain, stiffness, headaches, and even numbness or tingling down your arms. 😣 But the good news? It’s preventable — and reversible. ✨ At Palmercare Mansfield, we specialize in correcting posture, relieving tech neck tension, and helping you feel better fast. 👉 Whether you’re working from home, scrolling for hours, or dealing with chronic neck pain — we’ve got your back (and neck)! 📍Book your appointment today and experience the difference chiropractic care can make #TechNeck #TextNeck #ChiropracticCare #MansfieldWellness #HealthySpine #NeckPainRelief #PalmercareMansfield #PostureCorrection #ChiropractorLife #SpineHealth #PainRelief #WellnessClinic #ChiropracticAdjustment #MansfieldChiropractor #PhonePosture #NeckSupport #MuscleTensionRelief #ChiroCare #LivePainFree #PreventNeckPain by @docspoontx
