Allow me to reintroduce myself. 👋🏽

I’m Dr. Lazo 🇸🇻

Doctor of Chiropractic. Functional medicine practitioner. Lifter. Salvi. And someone who’s passionate about health, performance, and becoming the best version of myself.

My work goes beyond the adjustment table.

From chiropractic care and helping people move better to functional medicine, men’s health, hormones, recovery, and performance, I’m passionate about looking at the bigger picture of health.

But this page isn’t just about what I do professionally. It’s also about who I am outside the office. The gym, fitness, lifestyle, everyday experiences, lessons learned, and everything in between.

Now for the part I didn’t plan on writing…

I’m starting over.

The page I built before represented countless hours of creating content, sharing knowledge, connecting with people, and building a community. Having to start from scratch wasn’t part of the plan, but here we are.

I could look at it as a setback, or I could treat it as an opportunity to rebuild with a clearer vision and keep moving forward.

I’m choosing the latter.

Same Dr. Lazo. Same passion. Same mission. Just a new starting point.

Going forward, expect chiropractic, functional medicine, men’s health, fitness, lifestyle, education, some humor, and a little bit of everything that makes me who I am.

If you were here before, thank you for being part of the journey. If you’re new here, welcome.

We’re starting from zero, but we’re not starting without purpose.

Allow me to reintroduce myself. This is just the beginning. 🤝🏽
