My love letter to polesque. Please enjoy this sizzle reel shot and edited by the amazing @raw.xmovement when she had her sessions at @trilliumpoledance ! What a powerhouse of creativity. by @doctorcrowmd

I was interviewed by @whigstandard regarding the @ironwoodswords fantasy fair! One does not have control over what conventional media will put in their article, but this was a good summary of the event itself. It is true both that the pole supports many varieties of dance and that the originators of pole dance as we know it are the midnight ballerinas. We can trace that history from circuses to topless piano bars to the clubs where they wear the tall heels and lack attire.

Loved this Halloween choreo from @polezadeh by @doctorcrowmd

I am so proud I got this far in the #pdfonji workshop with @polezadeh today! I thought it would be super scary, but I want to reapporach this first movement when I'm feeling fresh! Thanks for giving me the bug, Cat! Going back will for sure take longer.
