Tensions rise as we blind test different quality meats for @smackd.

“Hachi” is an Arabic word used to describe something ridiculous.

The meat claimed to be hachi was actually the more premium meat that was used 😅 in all fairness to @ahmazingomar it’s hard to taste anything different after 4 burgers 😂

Think twice.

Most regrets don’t come from what happened to us.

They come from how we react to it.

Pause before making a permanent decision based on a temporary emotion.

Customer satisfaction at any cost.

You will never be perfect; mistakes happen, but making it right is cheaper than losing a customer forever.

Customer satisfaction isn’t the result of perfection. It’s the result of caring enough to make things right every time.

I almost got punched walking up to him like that 😅

But building the best smash burger in Miami requires honest feedback.

So we handed him a burger and let him tell us exactly what he thought.

Follow @smackd and join us on the journey to build Miami’s favorite smash burger. 🚀 by @doctorfarraj
