Special thanks to @mralastairjames for the great work he has done at Attitude magazine in helping queer people be seen and heard 🏳️‍🌈. My Real Bodies article was focused on scars that I and queer people can all carry (sometimes physical scars, sometimes mental scars). The point is that queer people can shine through because the adversity makes us stronger - like kintsugi (Japanese art of putting ceramics back together with gold paint) 💛

So honoured to be invited to the Prime Minister’s first ever Creators Reception at @10downingstreet 🫶

It was so inspiring to meet so many creators doing great work to help combat disinformation, from health to teaching to finance and more. Side projects are hard when you work a normal job too but I feel re-energised and so grateful! 🙌

Men’s health and LGBTQ+ care matters so it’s experiences like this that make me want to continue. So happy to be launching the 3rd collection of TesticulART on 12th-18th November - free tickets via link in bio 🍒

It’s Testicular Cancer Awareness Month: get to know your nuts.

Here’s @doctorgayuk explaining what to do.

🫰🥜🤌
Roll each testicle with your thumb and finger.

✅ Your nuts should feel pretty smooth and firm. Sensitive, but not painful.
✅ Get to know what’s normal for you.
✅ Then look for unusual changes over time: things like a lump, swelling or pain.
✅ If you spot a change, see your doctor.

🚿Literal hot tip: Check in the shower. Steam loosens things up. And you’re already naked.

The For F**k’s Sake (FFS) campaign from @ladbible was a great collaboration that I am proud to be part of. Thanks @drfrostypops for always supporting my wild projects! 😘

It was a lovely sunny day today to be at parliament to hear the discussion with @jordanfstephens (campaigner and actor), @dr_paulahall (Porn Addiction Specialist) @fumble.uk (Sexual Health Charity). Porn isn’t supposed to be a teacher, but it’s educating nearly half of young people in the UK today. The FFS campaign wants to remove the taboo around porn consumption, encourage better communication when it comes to sex and porn, and share advice and research 🙌

Porn should NOT be vilified if that’s what a consenting adult wants to view. However understanding porn is not real (like Disney endings are not real) is key to avoid accepting it accidentally as sex education. Porn often portrays exaggerated, unrealistic versions of sex that don’t reflect real intimacy or communication. Real sex doesn’t always look or feel like what’s shown in porn, it can be awkward and messy, but that’s what makes it authentic ❤️ taken in House Of Lords, Houses Of Parliament by @doctorgayuk

December 1st is World AIDS Day! It was great to see so many people out last night at @rvtofficial remembering the greats we have lost but also celebrating the progress we have made. ✊🏾

Today, the UK government @dhscgovuk launched the HIV action plan. We’ve known the science could get us there - now the system is starting to catch up!
❤️ Opt-out HIV testing in A&E across high-prevalence areas ❤️ Free home HIV tests via the NHS app ❤️ Better access to PrEP  ❤️ A national push to find and re-engage people who’ve fallen out of care ❤️ £170m to help end new HIV transmissions by 2030

Thanks to the great work of amazing global organisation of @aidshealthcare supporting @impulselondon for making the candlelit vigil last night happen. As well as all the other key players in London including @shldotuk and @positivelyuk 🙌

Closing the TesticulART gallery until 2026! We had to do the gallery dance around #AnnualTradition! I love you for being part of the gallery @thatrickytanna and helping support it each year!

TesticulART will be back next year for Men’s Health Awareness Month, look forward to seeing you then. Remember the take home messages from the TesticulART movement are:
(1) Physical health - Normalise self-examination 🤲
(2) Sexual health - Have regular testing (and never forget the balls!) 🍒
