Earlier this month, we celebrated the holiday of Tu Bishvat (New Year of the Trees, and preparing for “Valentines Day for Jews”) 🌳💕 with our amazing Persian Jew community & friends, keeping our traditions alive as our ancestors have been doing for thousands of years & making them proud! Our ladies proudly kehl’ed in their honor as we know they were doing dancing with our tribes through the OG middle eastern deserts! 💃🏻🗣 haha

A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU GOES OUT TO: My family’s Nessah Synagogue (largest Persian synagogue to ever exist), our hard working team of Ledor Vador board members @ledorvador planning the funnest events for everyone, our dear friend Brian Benyamin @bbenyaminre opening up his home for our event, partnering up with us with his Dates & Honey @datesandhoney.app red carpet photobooth, and ABOVE ALL - We must thank God who allowed our Persian families to escape the Iranian revolution over 40 years ago to come to America giving us all a chance to be born one day, spreading our message of love & hope fighting for our indigenous Yahudi nation to continue to exist today! #AmIsraelKhai 🙌🏼🤍

P.S. Shout out to Code Of Harmony @codeofharmony for making my favorite plant-based CBD skincare products, which help me not wear ANY face makeup whatsoever, and only use their heavenly skin moisturizer for a beautiful glow, like you see here 🤩🤍✨ taken in Beverly Hills, California by @doctorshirly

Have you ever tasted cookies so delicious AND healthy that you can eat AS MUCH as you want, whenever you want?! No you didn’t, did you?! THAT’S WHY I came to remind you about theeese @sweetlorens cookies! I’ve encouraged so many people to switch over from eating regular toxic unhealthy cookies they’re use to & becoming addicted to these heavenly alternatives, to the point now their cookie factory in America will probably have nothing left soon BECAUSE IM PLANNING TO GO EAT THEM ALL IF YOU DON’T 😃🤸🏻 (that’s a threat so go buy some now) GO GO GO!!! 🍪🍫😂

Today is the Birthday Anniversary when God chose little Ms. Shirly to be born 🎂,
I give thanks to our Creator whose Heavenly crown is forever worn,
Every life experience I’ve had till now is a blessing come true,
Especially because God thought for a moment, that I deserve to know YOU.
.
I’m grateful for you all who reached out to me, my friends, my blood family, my soul family & anyone who’s ever crossed my path simply making me smile. You are the reasons that make living this life worthwhile. THANK YOU, I love you 🤗🫶🏼
.
P.S. Wanted to share a food reminder as I’m progressing more on my Alkaline journey, currently eating majority Alkaline plant based foods + on fewer occasions having Kosher Grassfed red meat. [Plan on switching to grassfed Bison meat soon - which is a meat that’s Alkaline]… We must choose what we put on our plates very carefully, because God only gave you this body you’re living in in this life. Let’s make it the best one ✨✨✨ #HolisticHealthCoach #NaturalLiving #BirthdayBabe #EatToLiveDontEatToDie #SteppedInLookingLikeASnack #GodIsGreat taken in Los Angeles, California by @doctorshirly
