A great week at the farmers market - everything looked and tasted terrific 💕

After the terrible storms that rolled through this past week the selection available today was more limited than expected (no strawberries!). We’re so grateful to the farmers who supply our food.

We’re in the thick of fall foods now - second to last week before the market goes on hiatus until spring 2026 😬

Besides acorn squash, Yum Yum peppers, Chinese eggplant, collard greens, Swiss Chard, bell peppers and the usual pears, we also snagged some Concord grapes and Evercrisp apples. taken in Brighton Farmers Market by @dodgefan

September market days come to a close, but we’re looking forward to what October brings. We snagged some peaches, more pears and a new to the market treat - Asian pears! We didn’t buy any of these beautiful, enormous onions this week - but they’re on the list! Winter squash showed up this week as well, but we’re putting that off as well.
