Today I took my dad to omakase 🍣🍶😋

*Dodo’s paws were wiped before the meal, and the table was sanitized afterward. Dodo didn’t touch the sushi chef.

For years, flying to Europe with a dog was pretty simple if you had an EU pet passport. But starting April 22, 2026, enforcement of EU pet travel rules became stricter for pets entering Europe from non-EU countries like the U.S. If you are not a permanent resident of the EU, you may still need a USDA-issued health certificate to enter Europe ($400-$800+) 💸💸💸

So don’t assume the passport alone will get you through anymore. Definitely double check before your flight.
