I packed the basil for tonight’s caprese asmr @woodlandtheater at 7 pm. Music is at 8, doors are at 7 and my shenanigans will be stirring the pot. @neutral.shirt and @malasada.mp3 are on tour and it’s their first night after their kick off and I want to show them the love seattle has for @woodlandtheater and the DIY Heartbeat

My frond @pillwondertunes is sharing some new tricks in my poetry set, the voices of @breetacocat and @lisa_prank will cast a caprese asmr ambiance, and I’ve got some heavy on the grief pieces that I will probably get a little shaky during but that’s part of the process by @dogcrush

Tomorrow from 11-2 is Halloween Pet Parade in @volunteer_park and there is an awesome plant sale @vpconservatory from 10-3 both Saturday and Sunday

we are in the messy middle of decluttering and packing for our show which is tomorrow at 7 pm @woodlandtheater with @malasada.mp3 and @neutral.shirt

we are clearing a space for @insulinsey to sleepover peacefully, thank you so much to @ramblin_rae for helping me this evening come up with some systems to navigate this chaos

part of grieving for me was allowing accumulation and I quite literally am now digging myself out.

come barter or buy some art or gay ephemera tomorrow from 10 am to 12 pm at the madison park farmer's market or come to the show tomorrow evening, gay art will be available at both locations

I'm ready to barter and trade through fall and winter to clear space for who I am, especially as I begin my transition, so I've taped the edges and will trade art or friendship ceremonies for:

Well pretty much all the things changed this week once I realized my #pmdd was eminent 🦋🦋🦋🦋 for fellow trans folks who get periods/people who have rough periods / pms a are gluten free- what helps you the most? I feel extra weird now on my cycle because I can’t comfortably pack and use my chose. Methods of blood absorption. by @dogcrush

Ty @rancid_rodent for capturing my perfect creature Lainee Jane by the fountain in cal Anderson after yesterday’s farmers market.

After Dolly’s passing I ran into @diva_doug right after work (we grew up in SOUTH CAROLINA together so this was a big surprise!) and met his diva dog named Boo! I had just finished this portrait of Dolly and gave one to Douglas and then that night I saw this meme about making 9/25 Dolly’s day
The cute part is Douglas’s bday is May 4th so it felt like Dolly sent me him and the invitation to make September 25th extra weird. So I DID.
I’ve planted 40 Dolly portraits across seattle at places like the volunteer park Dahlia aka Dolly-a garden, Madison Beach, Capitol Hill, Hospitals, Community Clinics, Libraries, and amidst little transit nooks where a commuter might find comfort in her gaze.

These are yours seattle! See a Dolly? Adopt her if you need some extra time with our Angel, and if you’d like to order one I have 40 additional prints with this little game:

Dolly is for everyone! So she is FREE if you are unemployed, underemployed, queer, disabled, or struggling with addiction. I’ve been there and it sucks but Dolly got me through it all.

If you are gainfully employed she costs one hour of your wage OR trades are super encouraged of: your art, flowers, basil plants, gluten free foods, skill trades for drums/guitar/voice/wig wearing tutorial/makeup tutorial/tell me your most wholesome prank ideas/take portraits of my friends and dog in the flower garden. I wanna keep her accessible!

Yesterday she graced @hugohouse open hours with @scarybrownstein and we signed one for @ingsyeah and I gave them out to several market workers, and fellow lovers of Dolly. So far in the wild I’ve released 14 Dollys directly to folks who needed her for free. I made some trades for tomatoes, Gluten free cookies, a camera, and some beautiful tissue papers.

On Saturday at the Madison Park Farmer’s Market I’ll have art for sale as well as gay yard sale treasure like cool sunglasses.

feeling so lucky to know @smallhowl and to be the little sister of @insulinsey because recently I got to attend a rooftop sunset Mad Tea themed Party on the roof of @hugohouse - all because I wrote a poem about tea and the way it feels to spend time with words and @scarybrownstein at the hugo house open hours. Happy birthday @malasada.mp3 aka @heyjonmanning who has filled this world with the most amazing friendships and music and we first met in 2009 in Charleston SC And we all drove to the beach after the show and saw heat lightning with @iji.by.iji and those encounters brought me to my beloved emerald city. Jon has a huge heart and my mission is to fill the @woodlandtheater with people who love music on OCTOBER 3rd - it’s an early show - doors at 7, music at 8. I designed a special bingo for 7-8 to encourage early arrival. It’s my first time using my bingo cage in the wild that @magpie_thrift_seattle sold for only $4 on sale.
I love seattle so much and @pillwondertunes spent the afternoon with me working on some sounds for this soon to be legendary friendship encounter.
Since @neutral.shirt and @malasada.mp3 are on tour they are also seeking an October 4th date and for fronds in my neighboring cities do take note: by @dogcrush
