@dogmanmusical is going into it’s last weekend at the @kirkdouglastheatre ! This musical is specifically designed for young kids which I love! With great storytelling and phenomenal performances by the entire cast, DOGMAN the musical brings your child’s favorite book character to life!

My girls had a fantastic time and have read so many of the books in the DOGMAN series, it was especially fun to watch them watch the show!

Catch DOGMAN the musical through October 18th!

Thank you @ctgla for having so many opportunities for great theatre in LA!

A very special edition of #LittleSageChats: her inaugural theatre review for @dogmanmusical at @kirkdouglastheatre @ctgla 🐕

I loved Dog Man the Mucical because it has so many funny hints to the books. I used to read the books as a kid so seeing the story come alive was so cool! I loved the characters and the songs were catchy. There were many other funny jokes and hints to other musicals too. I recommend this show to all ages and definitely families.

Mom note: this would be a great first musical for the kids! The setting is definitely more relaxed than a traditional Broadway tour show, and the actors are super engaging. You can even meet the cast after the show! This is great for preschool-elementary kids (or even nostalgic middle and high schoolers!)—it is children’s theatre but it’s not too slow like some other preschool geared shows. It held everyone’s attention the entire time—even the adults!
