Say it with your chest!

We don’t mean your tina-talkers, though you could say sumthin’ with them if you want! We mean, stand by your actions!

We are not here to be perfect or do perfect. Life is about living as the epic sh!tshows we are and then learning from our missteps. But you can’t learn if you don’t face them.

True life has a lot of messy stuff we get ourselves into - things we say and do that come back to embarrass us, to make us feel ashamed. We want to take that uncomfortable feeling and distract ourselves - block away the ickiness, watch some tv, unfollow the accounts that trigger us, lift some heavy weights, hook up with a stranger or hide. But no. We gotta stop that.

It’s time we all start facing ourselves. When you feel the urge to run away from negative emotions, DON’T. That’s your opportunity to learn, to grow, to evolve, to become better. Face yourself. You said it, you did it, no amount of hiding or excuses will make it okay because the shame will follow you like a dark shadow. Suddenly you’re making more excuses, you’re telling more lies (to yourself & others!), you’re getting further and further away from yourself - and WHY?! Because you made a decision that kinda sucked? Because you had a moment of weakness? Because your judgment was bad or you lacked self control?

So what - you’re human. But if you want to be a better human, start with accountability. Don’t be afraid to sidestep - you NEED to sidestep to have those chances to learn about yourself, to look within. But please, for the love of freakin’ god, own up to it to others and most importantly to yourself. Don’t blame someone else for your actions, your emotional response etc. — They were *your* choices, good bad or otherwise, and no amount of trying to erase what happened will make that go away. Are you strong enough to face it, or are you weaker than your worst decisions?

We keep it real with each other and that’s how we stay best friends over the years! No excuses, no pretense, no bs. We screw up, we look at it, and we talk about it.

There is one thing they don’t tell you about losing weight on Ozempic… 💉

Don’t bother asking Jax. She’s [very clearly] not been on the Zempic. Ma, on the other hand, has been on a sister of Ozempic since March 2023 😳

So here’s the thing that people don’t tell you: Your butt freakin hurts!!! You lose the um… padding… because Ozempic snacks on your big fat areas first (butt, boobs, belly, etc), stealing some muscle away from you in the process. What you’re left with is a deflated, frowning tuchas.

One of Ma’s friends even had to go see a tailbone doc her booty was hurting so much!! Ma joined bc she checked out the doc online and he was hot. I mean wait. She went for moral support. Right. This guy looked like a skinny Brad Pitt circa the days when he had long hair. I think there were days like that at least. There are certainly nights like that but Ma calls those “special” dreams 🤪

Anyway, you can build some tone into your butt, you can sit on a donut all your life, or you can just deal. Maybe skinny peeps have been dealing with this all their lives and fatties are just getting shell shocked?! Whatever it is, it def is a thing.
