Roughly a little over 5 years ago I decided to start my fitness journey, not because I wanted to but simply because I was put into a weight training and conditioning class as a sophomore. At first I absolutely hated it but the more I showed up and did the work the easier it got… I noticed a few changes and really I feel as though that’s what kept me going, the small details. I started at almost 300lbs (136kg), I didn’t like the way I looked, ashamed to go out and even show my face in public so it really was up to me to make that change or stay the same, to currently 158lbs (71~72kg). I honestly have no clue what my BF% might be😞I weighed in at 150lbs on Sunday so i’m definitely leaner than I was 3 months ago! I’m not exactly satisfied with the way I look yet but I just want to look good in some breathedivinity compressions that I ordered🥀🥀
