From a blank page to the creation of an epic, heroic fantasy universe. The idea stemmed from my experience producing cinematic action scenes, my passion for 3D animation, and my work promoting new digital creation tools. For years, my mission has been to champion 3D character creation software and the digital toolsets that empower content creators within the film industry.
In 2023, I wanted to create a fantasy universe infused with my passion for martial arts; thus, the *Dragon Shield* project was born. It began with the production of a 9-minute full-CGI animated piece—co-produced with my longtime collaborator Alick Macaire—and was further supported by our partner, Reallusion.
Driven by a desire to make this a truly collaborative endeavor, I had the opportunity to share the journey with Nosipho and Rob from the Chocolate Tribe studio. The project grew in ambition and strength.
Artists, talented individuals, and brilliant minds came together to turn this project into a powerhouse of energy!
In short, I want to thank everyone who believed in this magnificent project and helped bring it to life so we can share it with the world. *World of Lisha*: from dream to reality. Stay tuned. Dom Fred. by @dom_fred_director

My roles as action director and 3D action animator have always enabled me to maintain a high level of action during filming with the actors on set, ensuring the best possible performances from the stunt team. We dedicate a tremendous amount of time to working closely with all the crews on our action sequences. Thanks to my team for their incredible work by @dom_fred_director

The world of Lisha : inside an african imagination

Un reportage de « Ufemco Média »

The World of Lisha: Inside an African Imagination est un reportage documentaire consacré à The World of Lisha: The Legacy – Vol. 1, une œuvre de fantasy présentée au Comic Con Africa 2026.

L’univers

The World of Lisha: The Legacy – Vol. 1.
