This is one of the best times of year in Provence - calm is restored after the chaotic summer season and the light is soft, bringing with it mesmerising pink sunsets.

The leaves are turning beautiful shades of brown and the temperatures are dropping which means it’s back to the groves we go - the olive harvest has begun! After another hot, dry summer and some good rain, the fruit is ready and looking healthy. Fresh oil coming soon 🫒🌟..

Not long ago it was loquat season and we discovered that this sweet, fleshy fruit pairs perfectly with the roundness of olive oil. Cut open, pour, eat! So simple and an easy way to lower the sugar spike from eating fruit alone.
