After 15 years it’s finally time to hang up the boots. I have been lucky enough to have achieved more than I ever expected. I have played with some of the best in the world and I’m even luckier to have made some of the best and most loyal friends I could have hoped for.

Rugby has given me so many amazing memories and allowed me to travel and live in some of the worlds best cities and countries. From Pembroke RFC, Scarlets, Bath, Saracens, Wales and overseas it’s been one hell of a ride.

There are many people who have helped me achieve my dreams. I want to thank my wonderful wife who has given up so much to follow me across the world and back. My dad who drove me to training and sat in the cold for years and has been my biggest supporter since day one along with my two brothers. Also my agent @gareth_morgan_ymu who surprised me and probably everyone with the contracts he managed to get me. The @therpa_ who over the last couple of years alongside Saracens have worked tirelessly to make it possible for me to transition from rugby in to my own business.

I’m obviously extremely sad not to be going to San Diego to play for @sdlegion but thanks to them for being so understanding and I wish them the best of luck for the coming season.

Lastly to Saracens, thanks for letting me finish my career at what is in my opinion the best club in world rugby. You treat players and their families the right way and I will be a supporter for life.
